We publish new Songs and presets to the Artiphon Connect app multiple times a month. In addition, sometimes you might have a preset or Song on your device, but it's not yet in the app, or vice-versa. 


When this happens, we will ask you to "sync" your instrument with the app. This generally only takes a minute but requires a cabled connection.


If you're having trouble syncing, ensure that your device is connected via a USB cable and that you're connected to the internet.
