We accommodate free returns and issue refunds within 30 calendar days of both Orba and the INSTRUMENT 1’s arrival. Please note that return shipments must be in their original packaging with all package contents. We require that returns be shipped using our prepaid shipping labels which can be obtained by contacting customer support at support@artiphon.com.
Products purchased from a third-party retailer can only be returned directly to that retailer.
Artiphon is unable to accommodate international shipments, including returns. Orders and returns placed with third-party, international retailers are handled by those retailers. We do not offer refunds or returns for products received as a reward from Artiphon’s Kickstarter campaign.
